We don't run a support desk, and there's no email inbox behind this site — it's a small independent hub, not a company. But we do read what visitors say, and that's the fastest way to reach us about this site.

The best place to report a problem is right here on the site. If a download link fails, a version number looks wrong, an install step doesn't match what your phone shows, or a new SongHub release has shipped that we haven't covered yet, leave a note in the comments on the relevant page. We check those regularly and fix confirmed issues — stale links and wrong version info get priority, because that's the whole point of this hub.

A few things that help when you write in: say which page you were on, what device and Android version you're using, and what exactly happened (an error message beats "it doesn't work" every time). If you can, include the file size of anything you downloaded — that tells us immediately whether you got the real APK or a broken transfer.

Please don't use the comments to ask for things we can't provide: we can't add features to SongHub (that's the developer's call, on the SongHub-Android GitHub project), we can't recover your song library, and we can't help with phones we don't own. Questions about the app's roadmap belong with the developer; questions about this site's content belong here.

One more note: never share personal details in comments — no email addresses, phone numbers, or account info. Public comments are public, and there's nothing we can do once you've posted something.
